Long before CYP Foods was a business, it was a feeling: the one that lives in shared meals, long workdays, and the quiet ways people show care through cooking.

Life shifted fast when we arrived. New routines replaced familiar streets, and the distance between past and present grew wider by the day. What closed that gap was not a phone call or a photograph. It was cooking the dishes we grew up with. The aroma in the kitchen brought back a sense of place, and with it, a realisation that would shape everything that followed.
If a single meal could carry that much memory, what could a pantry do? We set out to share flavours that hold cultural memory, offer comfort, and help people reconnect with what feels familiar, wherever in Australia they've made their home.
We built CYP Foods with that purpose at the centre. Every product we carry reflects long-held traditions and recipes passed down through generations. The business grew from a desire to keep culture alive, contribute to a new community, and offer something genuinely meaningful through food.
